Every set of nutrition recommendations is built from scratch using your detailed client questionnaire as a point of reference & your training program will tie in with your current strength levels & 1 rep maxes. Ultimately, the idea behind the Fat Loss Challenge is to create a solution that will work with you & fit in with your circumstances, personal preference, time constraints, schedule  - so that you can make great progress with a minimum of fuss & focus on enjoying everything you love outside of fitness, in addition to becoming far more knowledgeable for the experience.

I have worked with hundreds of clients over the course of a decade in the fitness industry, tailoring their training & nutrition recommendations to their individual needs & preferences. The service is tailored to your every need & we will work together to create a program that facilitates success & takes you to where you want to be. Further to that, we will communicate every week within the Facebook Group to ensure that your approach is as optimal as it can be. Your success will depend entirely upon your ability to adhere to your programming.

"I’m a Vegetarian/ Vegan/Gluten Intolerant - will this work for me?" 
Yes! Each member will receive nutrition recommendations that take into account personal preference, so if you have any particular dietary requests or preferences, these can easily be taken into account.
"What if I fall off the plan or can’t start right away? Will this work for me?"
The Fat Loss Challenge begins on January 3, 2022. One of the reasons there is so much accountability involved each week is to ensure you stay on track, or can easily get back on track should you fall off the wagon.
"I’ve tried a million things before - why will this work for me?"
Because this experience is built out to suit your every need. This isn't a 'plan' - this is essentially tailored coaching to fit in with your lifestyle & make the fat loss process as simple as it can be.
"Do I have to follow a meal plan?"
Absolutely not. I incorporate flexible dieting into all of my clients' nutrition recommendations, meaning they have the opportunity to be the master of their own diet, while I control things via macronutrient target & nutritional guidelines. If there are certain foods you particularly love or hate, we'll make sure to include/ exclude them accordingly!
"How is this going to help me fight my cravings?"
As above, I incorporate flexible dieting into all of my clients' nutrition recommendations, meaning they'll have the opportunity to eat the foods they love in moderation & avoid the ones they don't like entirely.
"I don’t have a gym membership, can I still apply for the Fat Loss Challenge?
Unfortunately each 12 week program will require you to have access to a gym.
"I'll probably never hear from Nick after I sign up & pay..."
Accountability is the number one reason I have a client base, and the number one reason my clients & YOU will get results. How quickly can I begin?
The challenge commences on Jan 10, 2022 & you'll receive your training & nutrition recommendations 48 hours beforehand (pending sign-up date).
Is there a minimum commitment?
This is a 12 week program.
My goals might be different to somebody else, how do I know your plan will work for me? 
This is strictly a fat loss challenge, so if you're not looking to lose fat, it might not be the best thing for you right now.
What if I don't like one of the recipes or workouts?
I incorporate flexible dieting into all of my clients' nutrition recommendations, meaning they have the opportunity to be the master of their own diet, while I control things via macronutrient target & nutritional guidelines. If there are certain foods you particularly love or hate, we'll make sure to include/ exclude them accordingly!
Do I have to keep up with counting calories or macronutrients?
Not if you don't want to, but it will be the best way to get the absolute best results possible. 
I'm afraid of following a plan & ending up hungry, will this do that to me?
Understanding calorie & macro-nutrition will help you with making more appropriate food choices given your goals & appetite. The coaching experience is designed to teach you to eat with your goals, personal preference & practicality in mind at all times, but if your goals focus on fat loss, depending on how lean you wish to be, there may be some hunger involved.
I don't need to lose a bunch of weight, I just need to tone up. Is your plan right for me?
Absolutely - as you'll be checking in using our dedicated FLC check-in system, we'll be able to control exactly how much weight you'll lose, so if you're only after a few kilos we won't need to do anything too drastic.
If I am new to strength training, can I still follow the program?
Yes - the training program will be tailored to your individual strength levels through various percentages of your own individual 1RM (1 rep maxes).
I have been lifting weights for years, is this program for me?
Same as above. 
What if I can only commit to 3 or 4 gym sessions per week?
No problem! You'll have the opportunity to choose a 3, 4, 5 or 6 day per week training split which will then be tailored to your individual strength levels.
What if I don't have access to a gym due to COVID?
The programming is built around having access to a full commercial gym, however each exercise also has a number of suitable alternatives listed so if you train from home or have your own home-gym, this won't be an issue.
Can I do this program if I have an injury?
This is a Fat Loss Challenge & NOT personalised coaching, so if you're carrying an injury it might be worthwhile consulting a doctor or medical professional before beginning, as following the training program might be difficult to do if you do have an injury. With that said, you'll have every opportunity to substitute any exercises you can't do from right within the smartphone app, using the substitution feature, however workouts will not be personalised any further than that should you come into the challenge with an existing injury.
What happens after I've submitted my details?
As soon as you've registered & agreed to the Terms & Conditions, you'll be able to submit an application to my coaching dashboard. Once your payment has been verified, you'll receive an invite to my personal coaching dashboard and can then complete your client questionnaire. You'll receive your personalised training and nutrition recommendations 48 hours before the challenge starts & all of the inclusions immediately after registration.
What happens if I have a question?
You're free to communicate with me as freely as you like inside the TrainHeroic app Team Chat throughout the challenge.
