FAQs
How quickly can I begin?
The challenge commences on Jan 15, 2024 & you'll receive your training & nutrition recommendations 48 hours beforehand (pending sign-up date).
Is there a minimum commitment?
This is an 8 week coaching program, but you'll be able to start as soon as you sign up - so you could get as many as 12 weeks!
My goals might be different to somebody else, how do I know your plan will work for me? 
This is strictly a fat loss challenge, so if you're not looking to lose fat, it might not be the best thing for you right now.
What if I don't like one of the recipes or workouts?
Our Custom Diet Solution incorporates flexible dieting AND a plug and play meal swapping system, so you can easily swap out any meals you don't like - or you can make up one yourself! As for the workouts - no worries! Simply swap out any exercises you don't enjoy for something similar and keep tracking your workouts.
Do I have to keep up with counting calories or macronutrients?
Nope! You'll also get a custom meal plan that uses our plug and play meal swapping system so you can choose from any number of meals that fits in with your needs. Should you wish to incorporate some calorie and macro tracking to eat foods and meals not in our system - you can!
I'm afraid of following a plan & ending up hungry, will this do that to me?
When it comes to losing body fat, there might be some hunger involved at times, but with our plug and play meal swapping system you can easily choose more meals that are likely to fill you up more so you can avoid this. You'll learn how to prioritise hunger over flavour or vice versa whenever you want!
I don't need to lose a bunch of weight, I just need to tone up. Is your plan right for me?
Absolutely - as you'll be checking in using our dedicated progress tracking check-in system, we'll be able to control exactly how much weight you'll lose, so if you're only after a few kilos we won't need to do anything too drastic.
If I am new to strength training, can I still follow the program?
Yes - the training program can be tailored to your individual strength levels. Our focus is going to be on intensity and how HARD something is to do - no matter how strong you are, you can always work to an appropriate level of intensity.
I have been lifting weights for years, is this program for me?
You bet! As above, our training focus is on intensity, and lifting close to failure for the most part. Our workouts will help you do that.
What if I can only commit to 3 or 4 gym sessions per week?
No problem! You'll have the opportunity to choose a 3, 4, or 5 day per week training split.
What happens after I've submitted my details?
As soon as you've registered, you'll be able to submit your client questionnaire so we can build out your plan for you. Once you've completed the questionnaire, we'll have you up and running asap. Within 24 hours, you'll be into the Challenge Facebook Group, receive your Custom Diet Solution & receive access to your training app - all before the challenge officially begins! The sooner you sign up, the more coaching you'll receive (for the same price) - how good!
What happens if I have a question?
You can post any questions you have inside the Facebook Group at any time so that everybody can benefit from the answer. Alternatively, tune in live to our weekly office hours so that you can ask your coaches any questions you have in real time.
